Challenges:

Faced Isssues with training the AI on google cloud.

The Image detection model was too intensive on the drone hence it buffered a lot

The was a huge amount of network interference with the drone as there were 100+ other people trying to connect to their drones which caused terrible latency

Coordination was lacking at the last challenge, when Yi Kai and I switched role unintentionally causing time to be added on

Prototyping and Testing :

Purchased a second drone to help with prototyping

The drone was used to test code ahead of the competition back in school

Training an AI prediction model on the spot had to be done in the elimination round, there was no prototyping for that

Results/Conclusion :

Achieved 2nd Runner Up for the competition
