Went to pick up a 3D printer from a guy that was listing a 3D printer for $100, I thought it was a steal so I went to go get it.

Few hours later, I finally understood "if it's too good to be true, it probably is" . The 3D printer's thermistor is broken, I had to go and find the different parts online to fix it.
